The sessions we have had have helped really helped me 🙏🏻❤️.I have applied a structured approach from 8am until 3pm. Then I am exhausted. But look the approach I have made. A few weeks back EVERYTHING was chaotic – now I start to get things in order. And get the overview. I have a lot of practical things to sort out, but I start to get on top of it. I have reached out for help asked family and staff at the refuge center. My Ex takes the kids next week so that I can action on some of the things that stress me the most. I know we agreed that I should spend more time on meditation etc. But I need to focus on other stuff that has cluttered my focus for the last 6 months. Its not even work.
