Ten years ago, I encountered a moment that reshaped my path and ignited my current passion. In a heated morning meeting, a colleague erupted, leaving me visibly shaken and on the verge of tears. But I stood my ground, embodying courage, do it messy and do it anyway.

1. Do It Scared. Do It Messy. Do It Anyway.
Fear often stops us from having a voice, being real and from chasing our biggest dreams. A few weeks back, one of my coaches asked me a big question: are you ready to shake things up? This week, I went for it. I dropped the script during my Monday show, "Camilla LIVE", choosing to just go with the flow instead, tap into my wisdom and trust the process. It was raw and freeing. 2. Be Selfish.
My 4:30 am daily ritual is vital in my leadership journey. It's more than a routine; it's my time to mold into the person I want to become, setting the intention for the day. I tell you it's so liberating to commit to make this day a day that matters. 'me time' is not a luxury - it's a necessary step for leaders who are committed to set other people up for success. Embrace it, guilt-free, as a catalyst for achieving greater heights in all walks of your life.
3. Real Stories, Real Impact
