Many organisations still prioritise metrics and key performance indicators above all else, and the organisations don't harvest the results they want. The burn rate is high. Team members burn out. Bosses get more bossy. Minimum viable solutions and dissatisfied customers.
Good news is, this approach is short-sighted and won't make it's footprint for long in this century.
