The Successful Leader Paradox: Overcoming Insecurities

A client recently opened up to me about a tough experience.

"I had a tough day today. I mentally prepared for the discussion with my CEO but he didn't support my suggested next steps. I'm really disappointed. Even though I know it's wrong I keep telling myself I am not good enough. My mood is up and down. I've had bad sleep. This is draining me. I try to be on it, not in it, but it's hard.
