I used to have so many misconceptions about leadership. If I'm being honest, I thought it was all about getting results and meeting targets.
I believed that to be a successful leader, I had to constantly prove myself, outwork everyone, work 60 hours in four days, and always be available.
But this approach left me feeling burned out and unfulfilled.
